JEDCO launched a new and improved website this week at Jasperedc.com featuring a GIS mapping element useful to both site selectors and area commercial real estate brokers.
The site was created by Sal Baldovinos and Ariel Digital Marketing. The GIS mapping segment that allows site selectors to search the Jasper area for available commercial properties is powered by GIS WebTech. This is a mapping tool that lets the user create over forty different reports using ESRI data for any area surrounding the mapped sites. The types of reports include demographics, traffic patterns and current infrastructures to name a few. The website features new photography by Paul Noyola of Vektive Media.
“We’re particularly excited about this new powerful mapping tool,” said Eddie Hopkins, Executive Director for JEDCO. “Someone looking for a new home for their business can quickly determine how suitable our area might be considering things like workforce availability, types of infrastructure like rail service or even the expected quality of life for their employees,” he added.
The commercial sites that are populated on the map are directly uploaded by the broker or through the commercial real estate data provider RealMassive.
