Through a $56,172 High Demand Job Training grant, Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas matched a $56,172 grant from the Jasper Economic Development Corporation . The grant funded the purchase of equipment to enhance the computer technology skills of students attending the Deep East Texas College and Career Academy from the following school districts: Burkeville, Jasper, Kirbyville, Newton, Spurger, and Woodville.
