Wood Waste to Hydrogen

Mar 5, 2020 | News

Recently JEDCO has hosted meetings between Arbor Renewable Gas of Houston, TX and local business-people in the forestry, timber and logging industry.  Arbor converts wood waste into industrial hydrogen and will soon need a minimum of 300,000 tons of it to feed a new plant to be built in Jefferson County.  Area forestry experts say that this amount wood waste is easily attainable from the timber/logging activity here in Deep East Texas.  Currently the idea is that wood waste would be gathered, prepped and shipped from a facility here in Jasper.
